A purchase made with us indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated herewith.
· We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
· You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our Service
· Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
· We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
· You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Nesha harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
PAYMENT/ORDER CONFIRMATION/ PURCHASE POLICY
We at Nesha accept payments in all online forms as accepted on the website. Cash on delivery option is available with us. Please note any failure of payment done or any payment stuck in the payment gateway at your end is not to be considered as payment received or order confirmation. On receipt of payment, the order id will be generated and a mail will be sent with the order details and its confirmation.
EXCHANGE POLICY
· We at Nesha are working towards making your shopping experience easy, fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
· Any damaged product or wrong product received by the customer, a free and quick exchange will be provided at the earliest. However, the customer should notify us with the same within 3 days of delivery of the product. You can mail us about the damaged product or wrong product along with order number, the product will be picked up and we will send you a fresh piece as per the shipping policy. If the product is not delivered to us, we will not initiate the further proceeding.
· In case of any customised product, any specifications were made to alter the original design, such products are NOT eligible for returns. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
· All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. We do only size replacement or exchange with any other product (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at help.nesha@gmail.com strictly within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team, a pickup for the product will be arranged and a fresh piece will be sent only after checking the product returned. In case the product is returned after being used or any other damage caused by the customer, such products will be ineligible for exchange. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the option of cancelling your purchase. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The credit note will be valid for 1 month from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Nesha shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.
Disclaimer
- In Case You Wish To Change Your Order, Any Difference In The Price Of The Revised Order Shall Be Payable Prior To Updating Your Order.
- If The Price Of The New Order Is Lesser Than The Original Order, A Credit Note Will Be Issued Against The Balance Amount.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
The Estimated Time to Ship Will be between 2-7 working days. The Delivery Lead Time Is About 4-6 Days From The Date Of Dispatch For Domestic and International Orders Respectively. All The Shipping Details Will Be Shared Over An Email With You.
All International Orders May Be Subject To Import/Custom Duties Or Local Taxes, Which Are Levied By The Importing Country You Are In And As The Recipient, You Are Liable To Clear The Payment Of These To Release Your Order From Customs On Arrival. We Advise Checking With Your Local Custom Authorities To Find Correct Information On Import Duties From India.
Please note that we have not started with international shipping yet and we are working towards it.
